Mr. Gray has more than 15 years of experience in economic consulting, and has experience in a wide range of areas, including transfer pricing, valuation of complex securities, intangible asset pricing and valuation, and business valuation. His specialty is developing sophisticated models of complex financial problems.
Mr. Gray has co-authored several papers on matters related to licensor-licensee relationships, the appropriate return to intangibles, and intangible property valuation. He has also prepared reports and/or given expert testimony related to economic valuation matters for clients in trade disputes before the International Trade Commission.
Mr. Gray has substantial experience in the following industries: automotive, chemicals, computer products, consumer durables, consumer non-durables, distribution, financial services, food and beverage, healthcare, insurance, medical devices, mining, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, primary metals, software, semiconductor, and others.
Prior to joining Economics Partners, Mr. Gray was a Director at Duff & Phelps, LLC. Prior to that Mr. Gray was with Economic Consulting Services and with the Office of Economic Analysis at the Securities and Exchange Commission.
